THE BIG PRINCE

The King sends his fourteen-year-old son, Prince Edward, to public school for a year. He wants him to mingle with the common folk… the people he’s gonna rule over one day… his subjects.

The King has a ruthless reputation. People fear him. So, at school, kids stay as far away from Prince Edward as possible. Only Harold talks with him. 

A couple of months into the school year, Harold invites the Prince over to his house to hang out and surprisingly, the Prince agrees. 

Having the King’s son to your house is a BIG DEAL. So, Harold’s parents take the day off work and slave in the kitchen to prepare a meal fit for a Prince.  

According to all parties involved, the visit’s a success. 

The following week, Harold’s father gets attacked by masked men. He ends up dying on the way to the hospital.   
The Prince goes to Harold’s house to offer his condolences to the family. 

The following week, soldiers arrive at the school. They hustle Prince Edward and Harold to the castle.  

When they arrive, they walk inside… there’s Harold’s mother! Harold looks at her like, “WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?”   

 

The Prince says, “I’d like to introduce you to my new concubine.”
